What the extension does
Downline Autopilot Sync is a browser extension for subscribers of Downline Autopilot. While you are signed in to your doTERRA myOffice back office (office.doterra.com and related doTERRA domains), it reads the reports you already have access to — the Detailed Genealogy report and the Sales Dashboard orders — and sends that data only to theDownline Autopilot server address that you configured in the extension (your CRM URL and sync token). It does nothing until you press a button in its popup (Full synchronization, Quick sync, Sync orders, Upload exported file).
Its single purpose is to synchronize your doTERRA organization data from myOffice into your Downline Autopilot account.
Data processed
The reports contain information about the members of your doTERRA organization, as shown in myOffice:
- Member ID, name, email address, phone number, postal address, country and language
- Enrollment date, sponsor/enroller, rank, level, member type, loyalty program status
- Volume and activity figures (PV/OV, last order date) and, for the orders sync, order numbers, dates, amounts and products
The extension does not read your myOffice password and does not access any page outside the doTERRA domains listed in its manifest. It also keeps a diagnostic list of the addresses (URLs only, no content) of the network calls made by myOffice pages, stored locally in your browser, which you can clear from the popup.
Where the data goes
Data is transmitted exclusively to the Downline Autopilot server you configured (for example https://app.downlineautopilot.com), authenticated with your personal sync token, over HTTPS. Inside Downline Autopilot the data belongs to your account (tenant) and is processed according to the Downline Autopilot terms of service. No data is sent to the developer, to analytics services or to any other third party. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising or for purposes unrelated to the single purpose above.
Data stored in the browser
chrome.storage.sync: your CRM URL and sync token (so you do not have to type them again).chrome.storage.local: the date and counters of the last synchronizations, the name of a detected exported file, and the diagnostic URL list.
No cookies, no tracking identifiers, no analytics. Uninstalling the extension removes this data.
Permissions
- storage — save CRM URL, token and last-sync info.
- activeTab and scripting — run the sync script in the myOffice tab you are looking at when you press a button.
- downloads — notice when myOffice exports a genealogy CSV/XLSX so you can upload it to the CRM; the file content is never read automatically.
- Host permissions on doTERRA domains (*.doterra.com, *.doterra.eu, *.doterramyoffice.com, *.mydoterra.com) — read the reports and show the progress banner on those pages only.
Your rights and contact
You can delete the extension at any time; your CRM data can be exported or deleted from your Downline Autopilot account. For any privacy request (access, rectification, erasure, objection) contact the data controller, Leadspire LLC, at privacy@wiseteam.app. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
